The 2024 Rogue Invitational CrossFit competition is underway and is taking place on November 8-10 in Aberdeen, Scotland. It features a total of 20 athletes in both the men’s and women’s divisions, all of whom have earned their invite due to being some of the fittest people on earth.

The first day of the 2024 Rogue Invitational CrossFit competition features three events, which means that a lot of points are up for grabs at the start of the competition. Although two more days are left, opening the competition up well is imperative for all athletes who want to battle for the title.
