After showcasing some of the brightest young minds in advertising in recent weeks, Business Plus’ 40 Under 40 series will return next week with a focus on the public relations sector.
The first series was received very positively by the media industry, and the professionals featured were recognised at an event at DMG Media hub in Dublin on Thursday.
The 40 recipients each received an award at the reception, which was also attended by media industry leaders.
“We felt it was important to mark the end of this current 40Under40 campaign, with a networking event where everyone could catch up and reconnect with their peers from the business,” said Karl Byrne, group head of advertising sales at DMG Media Ireland.
“It is a small industry and everyone gets on very well. The atmosphere in the room was excellent and the sense of peer-to-peer celebration was palpable.
“Next up is our PR focus which we are looking forward to developing.“
