Pip and Jims has a substantial, vibrant and articulate congregation and has recently completed a bold and imaginative church reordering project and now wants to use this to connect more fully with its communities and grow a younger, more diverse congregation. St Stephen’s is a smaller church in with an Anglo-Catholic and yet equally inclusive tradition.

This is a significant role for a priest of wisdom and ability with a commitment to collaboration, and will suit a priest with previous leadership experience looking for a first incumbency or an experienced incumbent ready to lead a larger church.

You will be an engaging teacher and preacher, an enabler of others, prepared to connect with the local communities and committed to developing our contemporary and traditional forms of worship.
