SpaceX catches Starship in mid-air [Video]

• On Sunday Starship lifted off from Starbase for the fifth time.
• This time, SpaceX caught the rocket on its return, a first for the company.
• Catching the rocket in mid-air will help SpaceX launch Starship more rapidly with only a refuel and a new ship needing to be added to the vessel.

While Elon Musk may not be able to run a social network all that well, his spacefaring firm SpaceX keeps putting itself in the history books. Not only has the firm managed to land and reuse booster rockets, it has now caught a rocket in mid-air.

On Sunday SpaceX launched its Starship rocket for the fifth time. At 112m, it’s the largest rocket ever built. The road to getting it to launch successfully was fraught with problems, namely fire which we’ve heard is bad for a vessel loaded to the brim with fuel.
