Gerard Pique has accused Shakira of not being fully truthful about their break-up in a rare interview on the subject over two years after they split. 

Shakira, 47, announced that she was breaking up with the former Barcelona star in June 2022 amid rumours of him cheating after 11 years and two children together. 

The Colombian star has since gone on to brand him ‘Voldemort’ among other digs at Pique in her music. 

Now Pique, 37, is with 25-year-old Clara Chia Marti – and insists he is ‘very happy’ even if Shakira has fired shots at her as well. 

‘In the end, the truth or what happens or occurs is not told in the way it was. I cannot control this,’ Pique told CNN, via AS.
