Apple unveils new MacBook after Russians beat them to the punch [Video]

Tech giant Apple has finally pulled the covers off its latest MacBook Pro laptops almost a month after several Russian content creators showcased the devices and even ran benchmarks on them in videos that are still available on YouTube.

While initially unconfirmed to be real MacBook Pro laptops that YouTubers like Wylsacom were showcasing in videos published three weeks ago, the machines are now believed to be legitimate by publications including Bloomberg and its Apple insider Mark Gurman.

Gurman himself called the leak of the laptops, weeks ahead of time, as “unprecedented.” Apple has made no comment about the leaks, likely because the videos themselves didn’t …
