Thomas appears on former NBA for ABC broadcaster Mark Jackson and son’s podcast. There, they get into the weeds about everything, from modern NBA formatting to college recruiting stories.

However, the second part of the interview sees Isiah speak candidly about his diagnosis with Bell’s Palsy. Additionally, he expresses his deep appreciation for their concerns. “I’ve gotten a lot of love from people saying, ‘Well Isiah’s sick. What’s he going through?'” Thomas says. “And I haven’t really told anybody, right? So, I got Bell’s palsy, and, again, that’s why you see me like this. So, I appreciate the prayers and the love, but that’s what’s happening with my mouth right now.”
