Calling this attack heinous and despicable, President Biden said that the suspect had terrorist ties and *** desire to kill. Biden said investigators found videos inspired by the Islamic State group that the suspects posted to social media hours before the attack. The FBI identifying the suspect, 42 year old Shamsaddin Jabbar, an Army veteran and US Citizen from Texas who agents believe did not act alone, Biden directing not only the FBI but also the attorney General, Homeland Security, counterterrorism, and US intelligence to continue investigating the attack.
