Adam Sandler Rumor Clarified After Interview Confusion [Video]

Marc Maron has defended fellow comedian Adam Sandler after one fan questioned why he had not appeared on Maron’s podcast.

Maron has hosted the WTF with Marc Maron Podcast since 2009 and has interviewed hundreds of A-list guests, from Hollywood superstars to former U.S. President Barack Obama.

In a change from routine, Maron dedicated the January 2 episode to answering listeners’ questions.

One of the first questions he addressed was whether or not Sandler would ever appear as a guest.

“Look, I don’t know anything about Adam Sandler or if that is an active [he does] not want to do. I mean,” Maron began, adding, “I’ve asked him and he said he would; it didn’t happen.”
