PORTLAND Ore. (KPTV) – An affordable housing complex specifically designed for people who are recovering from addictions opened Thursday in southeast Portland.
The Meridian Gardens apartments celebrated the opening with a party complete with a live band, dancing and food for everyone.
The latest housing project by Central City Concern, Meridian Gardens will be home to more than 80 sober residents, offering them wrap-around resources from substance counseling and case management.
