Allison Williams Brings Sassy Video from M3GAN to Comic Con, Teases Sequel

M3GAN is making a comeback.

During the 2024 BlumFest panel at New York Comic Con on Friday, Oct. 18, producer-star Allison Williams revealed that the highly anticipated sequel, M3GAN 2.0, “just wrapped” filming.

The actress brought a video message from M3GAN herself for attendees at the convention. “This bitch doesn’t let me go anywhere by myself,” Williams, 36, joked before the video played on a large screen behind her.

The robot doll says in the clip, “Hi, New York Comic Con. Miss me? Sadly I couldn’t be there because I’m slaying on set for my killer new film, M3GAN 2.0. I’ve been upgraded. See you nerds in June.”

Williams said during a Q&A that her animatronic costar is a “diva” on set. Without “giving too much away,” the star also added that the upcoming sequel will be “bigger and more expansive.”
