ARIA AMPLIFIED TERMS AND CONDITIONS
I agree to the following for and on behalf of the label/entity that is submitting this content (Content Provider):
- ARIA may use the materials Content Provider has submitted (eg videos, bios, audio files, cover artwork, images, social posts) (Content), for inclusion in the ARIA AMPLIFIED music news program (including cutdown versions) (ARIA AMPLIFIED) and for the promotion of ARIA AMPLIFIED;
- The Content embodied in ARIA AMPLIFIED may be used by any ARIA AMPLIFIED sponsorship, media, news, promotional, broadcast and streaming partners (ARIA AMPLIFIED Partners) as a part of ARIA AMPLIFIED only (and not separate from ARIA AMPLIFIED);
- ARIA and the ARIA AMPLIFIED Partners may use, reproduce, modify, edit, adapt, publish, promote and display the Content for the purposes of ARIA AMPLIFIED only and not for any purpose unrelated to ARIA AMPLIFIED, throughout the world in perpetuity and in any media and format, including any future …
