Boone County Man Charged With Distribution of Obscene Material to a Minor [Video]

Boone County (WOAY) – On Friday, December 13th, Eric F. Maloskey of Bloomingrose, W.Va., was charged with two counts of distribution of obscene material to a minor and one count of use of obscene matter with intent to seduce a minor.

Members of the WV State Police Department arrested Maloskey after investigating a complaint that he had received nude photos of minors via social media.

He is employed by the Boone County Board of Education as an auxiliary coach at Sherman High School.

Maloskey was transported to Southwestern Regional Jail.
