Glendale police posted a video on social media outlining what the public should do if they ever find something that belongs to someone else.
Jacob Still found a fairly new cell phone on the ground when he and his family went out to dinner recently. Jacob and his aunt did everything they could to track down the rightful owner and eventually called Glendale police to help. Thanks to the combined efforts of everyone involved, Glendale police tracked down the rightful owner!
The investigative work was great practice for Jacob, who wants to be a detective when he grows up. Glendale police told the young boy he has a spot in their department when he’s old enough!
