Burt, The Crocodile Featured In ‘Crocodile Dundee’, Dead At 90 [Video]

Burt, the giant crocodile featured in the 1986 classic film Crocodile Dundee starring Paul Hogan, has died. Crocosaurus Cove, the Australian reptile park where Burt lived in his final years, announced his passing on social media.

“It is with great sadness that we announce the passing of Burt, the iconic Saltwater crocodile and star of the Australian classic Crocodile Dundee,” Crocosaurus Cove wrote on Instagram alongside a photo of the reptile. “Burt passed away peacefully over the weekend, estimated to be over 90 years old, marking the end of an incredible era.”
