KITCHENER, Ontario (CTV News) – A social media-famous corgi named Waldo came to his owner’s rescue after a morning walk turned dangerous.
Waldo the corgi appears in commercials, has nearly 14,000 TikTok followers and is maybe best known as “the lederhosen corgi” for his visits to Oktoberfest. He is often recognized during his daily walks in Kitchener, Ontario.
But about a week ago, a routine walk with his owner, Jess Parker, took a turn. The path behind her home was muddy after a lot of snow melted, making conditions slippery, and it took Parker’s feet right out from under her.
