PRINCE Andrew was snapped leering down the top of a young woman at an official engagement.

The Duke of York, currently engulfed in a spy scandal, zoomed in on an events manager at a visit to a company in the early 2000s.

The young woman said that during the visit, the Prince was only ‘interested in looking at my boobs’, and that she found it ‘creepy’

“As soon as he saw me he darted over for a chat.

“I was young, blonde, slim and attractive.
