Dak Prescott announces engagement on Instagram story [Video]

DALLAS — Wedding bells are ringing in North Texas! 

Dallas Cowboys quarterback Dak Prescott announced Friday he and his girlfriend, Sarah, had gotten engaged. Prescott posted a photo of himself, his new fiancé and their daughter, who was adorably wearing a onesie that said “Hi Mommy, Daddy has a question for you!”

According to a spokesperson from Jason of Beverly Hills, which designed the ring, the quarterback proposed with a 10-carat emerald cut engagement ring. 

The ring featured a diamond centered between two tapered baguettes and set onto an 18-karat yellow gold setting, the spokesperson said. 

And — drumroll please — it’s valued at $1,000,000.
