Clayton Whites Hotel Wexford is described as a high-performing property, supported by an experienced management team.
As part of the transaction, the hotel will transfer to Neville Hotels, with Dalata initiating a thorough employee engagement process to ensure a smooth transition.
As previously disclosed, the majority of the net proceeds from this sale, along with the proceeds from the sale of Maldron Hotel Wexford, will be returned to shareholders via the ongoing share buyback program, announced on 15 October 2024.
