WILLINGNESS TO HOLD A PUBLIC HEARING Millrace Drive Pedestrian Improvements (Graves Mill Road to Cul-de-Sac) City of Lynchburg Virginia State Project Number: TA23-118-318, UPC 121043 Proposed Project: This project includes the construction of two new sections of sidewalk that tie into the existing sidewalks along Millrace Drive and Graves Mill Road for a total length of approximately 1,675 linear feet of six-foot-wide concrete sidewalk, ADA ramps at all crossings, and a new pedestrian crossing signal with crosswalk markings at the intersection of Millrace and Graves Mill Road. A traffic management plan is included in the project design.
