NEW ORLEANS (WVUE) – Orleans Parish District Attorney Jason Williams is raising concerns about a dangerous group of young men operating in the city.
This week, four members of the “Glock Boyz” were indicted on multiple criminal and violent charges.
Williams says more arrests are out for more members but would not disclose how many.
He also described them as an organized crime unit, that were not afraid to directly confront adversaries.
They are also known as the “Fox 8 Boyz” reportedly because of their fascination with media coverage of their crimes.
But, they were also brazen, Williams says, posting their crimes on social media.
Williams is reminding residents across the metro area to stay vigilant, and if you see something say something.
“We’re all on the same team, doesn’t matter whether you are Republican or Democrat, black or white, rich or poor. This is New Orleanians against the shooters. …
