Future of Work Seminar Series: Returns to entrepreneurial experience [Video]

In this video, Dr. Jeroen Mahieu shows research results on returning to paid employment after being self-employed. What is the long-term impact on your future career? He discusses findings on wages and the uncertainty of employers to hire former entrepreneurs. Mahieu gives advice to policymakers and employers and to entrepreneurs themselves on the benefits and consequences of a spell of entrepreneurship.
