HONOLULU (Island News) – The Hawaii Nurses Association (HNA) took to social media to confirm its plans for its upcoming three-day strike.
On Friday, Jan. 3, 2025, HNA stated the following in a social media post, “After months of negotiations and efforts to secure a fair contract and better working conditions, we are standing together to take a vital step toward ensuring our voices are heard. Management received our 10-day notice this morning at 6:45 a.m.”
The strike start date is set for Monday, Jan. 13 at 11 a.m., with its end date on Thursday, Jan. 16 at 6:59 a.m. at the Queen’s Manamana and Queen’s West locations. The strike line will be from 6 a.m. to 8 p.m. on the …
