The India-spec Renault Duster will be locally produced at the Chennai plant along with its Nissan counterpart

Renault Duster is all set to start its second innings in the Indian market. Slated to launch by mid-2025, it will return to the domestic market after a gap of around three years. The test runs of the SUV have commenced as well, indicating that it will enter production soon at Renault’s Chennai facility while also spawning a Nissan counterpart as well.

Recently, the Renault Duster was unveiled in South Africa which is a RHD (right-hand-drive) market identical to India. The video made by AutoTraderSA details the exterior and interior of the Duster RHD. The India-spec Duster is expected to be on similar lines with almost the same features and styling. The spy images of the test mules spotted near the brand’s factory also confirm the same.
