Nearly 200 lots of land are under development in Upper Coomera, in part of an attempt to free existing housing for migrating Gold Coast residents.
Property developer HP Land has announced stage 4 of Calli Upper Coomera, a nine-stage plan to sell 196 lots in the 18.85 hectare development.
The project is in collaboration with property services group Oliver Hume, which found supply for available land packages in the Gold Coast was only barely meeting demand.
Only 65 vacant lots were available for purchase across the Gold Coast at the beginning of December, with more than half of them belonging to premium home sites at Sanctuary Cove.
