Jason Kelce and Stevie Nicks‘ duet is here!
After weeks of teasing the collaboration, the pair released a cover of Ron Sexsmith’s “Maybe This Christmas” on Friday, Nov. 8. The festive song will feature on Jason’s annual Philadelphia-themed holiday album, A Philly Special Christmas Party.
“Maybe this Christmas will mean something more / Maybe this year love will appear / Deeper than ever before,” Jason sings on the song, written by Sexsmith and Charles Bolt.
Nicks’ lyrics include, “Maybe forgiveness will ask us to call / Someone we love, someone we’ve lost / For reasons we can’t quite recall.”
“Maybe there’ll be an open door / Maybe the star that shone before / Will shine once more,” the pair sing together.
The song’s release comes after Jason raved about working with the Fleetwood Mac icon while speaking on the Oct. 30 episode of the New Heights with Jason and Travis Kelce podcast.
