Katt Williams Takes Credit For Steph Curry Becoming NBA’s Greatest Shooter [Video]

Katt Williams‘ legendary interview with Shannon Sharpe on Club Shay Shay started the year off with a bang, and the comedian is ending the year on the same note.

On a recent episode of the Good One podcast, hosted by Vulture’s Senior Editor, Jesse David Fox, Williams made the hilarious claim that he’s responsible for one of the most prolific basketball players of all time, future Hall of Famer Steph Curry.

“Anybody that knows me knows that I don’t claim the sh-t I do,” Williams explained. “But I am responsible for the greatest shooter in the NBA, without question.”

The topic arose after Fox asked him about a previous quote in which Williams says he was the first to encourage Curry to shoot the ball from deep.
