A KROGER shopper has demanded a full refund after an ultra-slow pickup experience.

But the grocer quickly apologized when she complained on X about waiting for more than 30 minutes.

The shopper berated Kroger on social media detailing her terrible experience.

She complained that she had been waiting in the car park for her order to be prepared.

The fuming shopper explained that it was costing her time and money to wait for more than half an hour for her goods.

She also pointed out that her order should have been completed as she had scheduled pick up two hours before her arrival.
