MIDLAND, Texas — Midland residents are celebrating a major milestone as Costco officially breaks ground on its first location in the city.
Set to become the largest Costco in Texas at 180,000 square feet, the new store will transform the 191 Corridor into a hub of activity and economic growth.
The long-awaited development, spearheaded by a collaboration between the City of Midland, the Midland Development Corporation (MDC) and Costco, is expected to open by mid-2025.
