Lego collaborates with Hidden Disabilities Sunflower to launch new characters [Video]

Lego has launched a series of new characters, all wearing sunflower lanyards, raising awareness of the discreet sign used to indicate someone has a hidden disability.

To commemorate International Day of Persons with Disabilities, the toymaker has partnered with Hidden Disabilities Sunflower, the company behind the emblem, to create characters that will help people ‘embrace diversity, value inclusivity and remove stigma’. There is a character for all age groups, starting with Duplo for Primary School aged children, to a Friends playlet aimed at older children, to the Icons Tudor Corner for “kidults”.
