SALT LAKE CITY — KSL NewsRadio will update this live blog throughout the night on Election Day. Our feed will begin at 4 p.m. MST and will feature the latest from local, state, and national elections.

Polls in Utah close at 8 p.m. MST.

Polls closed in Utah at 8:00 p.m., MST. But as KSL NewsRadio has been reporting, at 8 p.m. people were still in line to vote in Utah County. Utah election officials say that anybody still in line when a poll closes will be able to cast their ballot.

9:23 p.m. MST:

The battleground state of North Carolina, and its 16 Electoral College votes, will go to former President Donald Trump, the AP reported.
