Campbell County’s economic development office announced this week it has engaged Architectural Partners, a Lynchburg-based company, for architectural design and construction management on the county’s large industrial building project in Seneca Commerce Park in Rustburg.
The firm will immediately begin the design for the 100,000-square-foot shell building in anticipation of moving directly into the construction phase of the project once the site preparation is completed in early spring 2025, a news release said.
“This project marks a historical investment by Campbell County and a new standard for business attraction to the County,” Nina Rezai, director of economic development, said in the release. “It was important we partner with a firm that made us feel like a teammate. Architectural Partners brings a long history of development in our region and a great portfolio of economic development projects that made them stand out as the right company for the project.”
