A New Brunswick business offers customers a chance to relax with llamas and alpacas as a form of zootherapy.
Llama-zing Adventures, located on a 120-acre hobby farm in Saint-Andre-LeBlanc, lets people walk the four-legged animals around the area.
“I love to provide tours where people get to learn and interact with the animal,” said owner Josee Gautreau. “The holiday treks are usually very popular. People like to make it a tradition.”
“I find the holidays sometimes can be a bit more materialistic so we’re giving an actual tour and coming here to experience things with your family members. I think it’s great to actually have memories and not just possessions.”
Gautreau said one of their animals, Shammy the Camel, is quite popular on social media.
