The department promises 24/7 coverage, prompt responses to calls for service and collaborative work alongside local leaders.

Increased Patrol Coverage: NYCRPD will implement regular patrols throughout New Salem Borough to ensure a visible and proactive police presence.
Enhanced Community Engagement: Officers will engage with residents and businesses through outreach programs, fostering trust and building strong relationships.
Access to Specialized Services: New Salem Borough will gain access to NYCRPD’s specialized units, including investigative services, traffic safety and school resource officers.
