Newlyweds frustrated after photographer says photos were corrupted [Video]

MEMPHIS, Tenn. (WMC) – Recent brides in the Mid-South are frustrated after they say miscommunication between them and a Memphis photographer led to missed memories.

July 5 was a day that Bria Brown said she had been looking forward to since her engagement.

It was her wedding day.

She said now, when she thinks back to that day, one memory stands out.

“Honestly, every time I look at them, I think about the whole situation with the photographer,” said Brown.

She said weeks of miscommunication, corrupt files, and missed memories were her experience with her wedding photographer.
