Phoebe and Jennifer Gates Celebrate Dad Bill’s 69th Birthday [Video]

Bill Gates is celebrating his birthday with a little help from daughters Jennifer and Phoebe.

In honor of the Microsoft co-founder’s 69th birthday on Monday, Oct. 28, his daughters both shared a pair of loving tributes.

For her social media post, Phoebe, 22, playfully teased her dad about his preferred communication style.

“Happy Birthday, Dad!” the Stanford graduate captioned her post, going on to call her dad her “favorite person” who “texts me to let me know he’s going to send me an email.”

Last month, the billionaire shared that this system was actually a “compromise” between father and daughter.

“Few people in your life can be as direct with you as your own children,” he wrote in a blog post celebrating the release of his Netflix docuseries What’s Next? The Future with Bill Gates, which included a conversation with his youngest daughter.
