Vice President Kamala Harris and former President Donald Trump held competing events in Texas on Friday, a rare stop in the final stretch of the election. Texas, a historically red state, isn’t considered a key battleground in the presidential race, but both candidates used it as a backdrop to highlight top issues for voters nationwide.
