For anyone who has grown up mocking a relative who knew everyone’s business or felt the frustration of applying for a job in an industry in which you have ample experience but no college degree, Progressive and Indeed’s new campaigns may hit pretty close to home.

The insurance giant returns with new work from Arnold featuring its popular “Parenta-Life Coach,” Dr. Rick, doling out more sage advice to clients who want to avoid becoming their parents. In Firepit, the sweater vest-wearing guru keeps a group from butting into a friend’s firemaking process, while in Neighborhood Mayor, he deters an overzealous new homeowner from getting too involved in her neighbor’s whereabouts — but not before she shares that most of the neighborhood uses Progressive for their home and car insurance.
