The plastic surgeon and reality TV star, 58, popped the question for a second time to his Austrian model girlfriend, Katharina Mazepa, 29.

It comes just months after the pair ended their first engagement in September and announced their split.

Sharing pictures from the moment he proposed at a mansion, believed to be their home, he wrote to his followers on Instagram: “Sometimes life gives you a second chance and you realise what truly matters.”
