Rita Bernal, daughter of the legendary Conjunto Bernal member Eloy Bernal, recently joined Domingo Live to share exciting news about her upcoming EP, produced by Q Productions. During her appearance, Rita spoke with hosts Rudy Trevino and Barbi Leo about the highly anticipated project, which is produced by Abraham Quintanilla and engineered by Brian “Red” Moore.
Rita expressed her gratitude for the opportunity, saying, “I want to say thank you to Mr. Quintanilla, Mr. Q, as we call him, for this opportunity to be able to record. I’ve done backup vocals for so many years, but this time, he says, ‘I’m going to record you.’ I felt honored. And we’ve been working on it for a while. He picked all the songs that he took them out, then gave me some new ones. It’s been a work in progress that we’re finally done with it. So hopefully soon, we’ll get that out. But …
