Adult content creator  Kay Manuel, 22, has revealed she has been kicked out of her Surfers Paradise penthouse after filming mass orgies with a string of young men.

Manuel insists she did not breach rental terms but was kicked out on Sunday and told she won’t be refunded almost $15,000 already paid to hire the penthouse for the three weeks of Schoolies.
