SD2 will contribute millions to Billings’ Daylis Stadium [Video]

The school board passed two separate resolutions: to contribute 30%, or $3.15 million, to the $10.5 million plan or to contribute 20%, or $5 million, of the $25 million cost. If the district ends up going with a plan somewhere in between the two plans, the board would have to pass a new resolution, according to discussion from the meeting.

The $3.15 million resolution passed with a vote of 7-1 and the $5 million resolution passed 6-2. Trustee Scott McCulloch opposed both resolutions.
