Terry Roy announces run for Beaumont City Council Ward 3 [Video]

BEAUMONT, Texas — Terry Roy, who previously served two years on the Parks and Recreation Committee, announced his candidacy for Beaumont City Council Ward 3 on Thursday. 

Focused on infrastructure improvement and community engagement, Roy outlined seven key priorities, including transparency, infrastructure development, budget management, and enhancing emergency services.

“For too long Ward 3 has declined in population and infrastructure,” Roy said. “My goal, is to change the narrative and to dedicate myself in helping Ward 3 reach its full potential of growth.”

Roy cited his experience working with city officials, including collaboration on projects in the Amelia area and discussions with the water and sewer division.
