In a heart-pounding moment of chaos, a Tesla Model Y owner found a place to use the vehicle’s Bioweapon Defense Mode. As the Palisades Fire consumed over 5,000 acres, forcing thousands to flee their homes, @JosefInvesting shared his harrowing experience on X, stating 

“When biodefense mode actually comes in handy for the Palisades Fire in LA. This Tesla is literally saving my life. Never buying another brand ever again,” wrote Josef on X. 

The Tesla owner utilized the Bioweapon Defense Mode to clean the cabin air using its robust HEPA filter, removing 99.97% of airborne particulates, including smoke, bacteria, and pollen. He also engaged the Full Self-Driving “Hurry” mode to make a swift escape from the raging inferno.
