Valley Forge student facing charges after allegedly making threat against school [Video]

A Valley Forge High School student is in custody after posting a threat against the building on social media, according to a letter to parents and guardians obtained by 3News.

In the message, Principal Janine Andrzejewski said law enforcement notified school officials of the situation on Monday afternoon as classes were being dismissed. The student is alleged to have posted a threatening message on TikTok that pertained to a potential school shooting.

Valley Forge administrators worked with authorities to identify the student, who was eventually arrested while at home. The individual now faces criminal charges and potential discipline from the Parma Heights school.
