COLUMBIA — The current Go COMO app will be retired nationally at the end of the year, and Go COMO riders will need to download a new bus tracking app to continue tracking the city buses. Go COMO is reminding riders to download the app ETA SPOT before Jan. 1. The current app, DoubleMap, will be retired nationally on Dec. 31. Public Works spokesperson John Ogan said the transition will bring improvements to the user experience. “With ETA SPOT, right up on the screen it tells you there is an alert, and it scrolls by with the message of the alert so that there is never any mystery about why the bus is so late today,” Ogan said.
