A video showcasing an innovative coffee delivery experienced by a tourist couple in Shenzhen, China, has gone viral, and they spoke to Newsweek about their experience. Meanwhile, social media users aren’t sure how to feel.
The video shared by Dylan and Adriana on their TikTok account @2passports1dream—which has garnered 2.1 million views since it was posted on September 30—showcases the futuristic technology available in the tech hub of China.
The couple, who are full-time travelers and did not share their last names or ages, explained to Newsweek that they stumbled upon the drone coffee delivery service while cycling in Shenzhen Bay Park.
“The video was taken recently at Shenzhen Bay Park in Shenzhen. We were biking through the park when we came across the drone coffee delivery machine randomly and decided to give it a try,” they said.
