YouTube creators Colin Rosenblum and Samir Chaudry said they lost their homes in the Palisades Fire. Both of their wives are pregnant.
On Friday, Jan. 10, the content creators — who go by Colin and Samir on YouTube — shared a post to their joint Instagram account, in which they wrote about how the fire devastated each of their families.
“Hey everyone, Unfortunately both of our homes burned down in the Palisades Fire,” the influencer pair wrote in the candid post. “The enormity of the loss is very overwhelming. Both of our wives are pregnant and our primary focus right now is getting back on stable ground. We’ll be pausing uploads for a bit while we figure out what’s next.”
The creators also thanked their friends in the YouTube community for supporting them, including fellow influencers DudePerfect for starting a GoFundMepage to help them rebuild their homes and support their families. The fundraiser has raised over $120,000 to date, surpassing its original …
